OAR’s Tooling Engineers have many years of designing Injection Molds, Blow Molds, CNC Fixtures, and Inspection Gauges. Using the latest software packages we can take your concepts and turn them into molded prototype components in weeks not months.

Die Building / Mold Making:

OAR specializes in building Plastic Injection Molds, Plastic Blow Molds and Extrusion Dies. Our state-of-the-art tool room helps us meet the most demanding customer requirements and achieve the finest quality in Precision Tools to produce parts in-house with the help of highly trained toolmakers and the finest design engineers.

Preventive Maintenance & Repair:

OAR can repair your damaged and worn tools in our mold shop. We can pick up the mold from your facility and return it in new condition. We will repair your worn tooling, replace broken cavities, pins and bushings and rebuild cavities or die-inserts. When we build the tool and run it in our shop maintenance and repair is free.
